Return & Refund Policy — La Giftora
Because our hampers contain food items (chocolates and dry fruits), we cannot accept returns once a hamper is delivered.
Damaged or wrong items: If your hamper arrives damaged or an item is missing/incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, or any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
